Planning Dining Room Décor for the Holidays with All Modern

Progress is moving right along on our renovation project. We will move in right before the holidays, which has me daydreaming of hosting special holiday meals in our new space! With tearing down the wall between the kitchen and dinning space, we will have one big kitchen and dining space to host gatherings.

A peninsula will provide a few spaces for seating, and we hope our existing dining set will fit in the dining space. To bring this area to life I am on the hunt for many things including: barstools, ceiling lighting, pendant lights, drapery, blinds, serving trays, glasses, dinnerware, silverware and a bit of holiday pizazz.

My mood board for our future dining room space is inspired by dark greens, with accents of gold, white marble and lush velvet.
